At Camp Wildfire, you can join a Patrol and compete to win the Wildfire Cup.
Although this is not oligatory, it's pretty wild and a great way to meet people.
Here's what it's all about:
Join a Patrol
When you arrive at Camp, you can join a Patrol. Choose from Badgers, Hawks, Squirrels or Foxes.
Collect Points
Over the weekend you will have the chance to win points for your Patrol. There are many ways you can win Patrol Points, so keep your eyes peeled!
Play Patrol Games
Gather at the Patrol Games Arena at 18:30 hours daily, to play (or watch with a cold drink!) Patrol Games. Check out some of the games below:

Gather at the Patrol Games Arena at 18:30 on Sunday and behold the Patrol Games Finale. Points will be tallied and the winners will be decided with an epic race- grab a drink and prepare to be thrilled!

Once you have booked your ticket, you can choose a patrol.
There are 4 patrols: Badgers, Hawks, Foxes and Squirrels.
Your patrol is like a huge family that will welcome you to Camp Wildfire and help you to get to know new people.
Over the weekend, you can win patrol points which can help your patrol win The Wildfire Cup. You can win these for excellence, kindness, humour or just by bribing the right people!
You can choose how much you wish to be involved in your patrol and the competitive side: most people tend to find it quite funny and it's all very good natured.
What are Badgers, Hawks, Foxes and Squirrels like?
What are Badgers, Hawks, Foxes and Squirrels like?
Heroic Hawks: Gentle, but determined; strong and valiant. Very able with good mental agility: the first to catch the worm.
Bonkers Badgers: Fun, cheeky, 'a bit loopy', passionate, resilient and fun-seeking. Less active through the day; really comes to life at night.
Stealthy Squirrels: Cheeky, entertaining, sociable and energetic- loves having fun with others and making the most of the day.
Fearless Foxes: Intelligent, creative and cunning; can be a bit of a trickster. Prefers night time but has been spotted playing in the daylight too.

Not if you don't want to, but it will make your weekend just that little bit more special (especially if your patrol wins the coveted Wildfire cup at the end of the festival!)

Throughout the weekend, campers compete to earn patrol points in an attempt to win the Wildfire cup at the end of the weekend. Patrol points are given out by activity leaders for skill, effort or enthusiasm in activity sessions.

No! The games are entirely optional...you can sit and watch with a cold drink, or take on the Patrol Quiz if you prefer to compete using your general knowledge and enjoy a quieter environment!

Completely up-to you! You're welcome to all join the same patrol, if you wish- or if you fancy making things more interesting- why not pick different patrols and compete against one another for the cup!

Of course! If you change your mind about your patrol and realise you have more of an affinity to another, you can change at any point!
