The Marketplace
Updated over a week ago

The Marketplace is a secure exchange for attendees to safely buy and sell spare tickets, accommodation and travel items. It is operated by our specialist marketplace partner Tixel, who verify listings, match buyers with sellers, and facilitate financial transactions.

Please do not buy second hand tickets from anywhere except the Tixel marketplace. There are many scammers targeting festivals by pretending to have tickets for sale. We will not be able to support you if you buy tickets from anywhere except our website or Tixel.

The Marketplace opens once all of the primary releases (Veteran, Earlybird, Super-earlybird, Final, Resale) have taken place and the items being listed have sold out.

To list spare items for sale, you'll need to:

  1. Find your order confirmation email, subject line will be 'Your Booking' or 'Invoice for order XXXXX' (contact support if you can't find this and we can re-send to you).

  2. Go to https://tixel.com/sell and click the 'Sell your tickets' button.

  3. On the next screen, click 'List another way' in the 'I don't have a file to upload' box.

4. When asked which ticket provider you purchased your tickets from, click 'List your ticket here' after 'Can't find your ticketing company?' in the yellow bar at the top of the page.

6. Copy the email address displayed at the top of the next page. Head back to your email account and forward your original confirmation or invoice email to the copied email address.

7. Once sent, return to the page above and click the 'I've fowarded my ticket' button.

Tixel should be able to verify your tickets automatically. If Tixel cannot verify your tickets, please reach out to their help centre, so they can manually verify the tickets for you.

If your booking is on a payment plan, you won’t be able to list your items until the final instalment has been received and the plan has been fully paid.

Marketplace Fees

Listing a ticket on the Marketplace, or joining the waitlist is free. Once a buyer and seller are matched, Tixel charges a percentage of the transaction value as a fee for their service. For more information on current fees please contact Tixel.
