The Marketplace

Updated over 2 weeks ago

The Marketplace is Camp Wildfire’s official, secure platform for buying and selling spare tickets, accommodation, and travel items. It’s the only safe and reliable way to exchange tickets for our events.

Why Use The Marketplace?

We strongly advise against purchasing tickets from any source other than our official Marketplace. Scammers frequently target festivals, pretending to sell tickets. Unfortunately, we cannot support attendees who purchase from unofficial sellers, and these tickets will not be valid for entry.

Thank you for your patience while Tixel resolved the technical issue with our Marketplace. I'm pleased to confirm that the issue has now been fixed and our Marketplace is now open!

How The Marketplace Works

🎟️ Want to Buy Tickets?

You can join the waitlist now so you're ready the moment tickets are released.

1. Go to the Tixel Marketplace

Choose your weekend:

2. Click ‘Join Waitlist’

Tap the orange ‘Join Waitlist’ button on the event page.

3. Choose How You’d Like to Get Tickets

  • Auto Purchase – Set your ticket type and maximum price. Tixel will automatically secure a ticket for you as soon as one becomes available. You can even choose when your auto-purchase expires, so you’re not charged beyond that.

  • Email Alerts – Prefer to buy manually? Sign up for email notifications and get a heads-up as soon as tickets are listed.

🔁 Want to Sell Tickets?

The Marketplace opens for listings on Tuesday 9th June at 10am.

Only Weekend Tickets can be resold. The following are not eligible:

  • Payment plan tickets (until fully paid)

  • Guest list or competition tickets

  • PA tickets

  • Accommodation or extras

  • Crew or artist tickets

  • Ticket upgrades

1. Go to the Tixel Sell Page

2. Forward Your Confirmation Email

Follow the instructions to forward your Camp Wildfire booking email (subject line: Your Booking) to Tixel.

  • Only the lead booker receives this email.

  • Can’t find it? Email office@campwildfire.co.uk and we can resend it or provide an invoice (which can also be used to list).

  • Selling to a friend or family member? Select Private Listing when prompted, and Tixel will give you a private link to share.

3. Your Ticket Is Listed

Once listed, your ticket can be sold at any time until the Marketplace closes (7 days before the event).

  • If it sells, you’ll receive a refund (minus Tixel fees) and a confirmation from Tixel.

  • If it doesn’t sell, it will automatically return to your account, so you can still attend.

Changing Your Mind?

  • If you decide not to sell, you can reclaim your items at any time (provided they haven’t already been sold) by removing your listing.

What Happens If My Tickets Don’t Sell?

  • The Marketplace will close 7 days before the event.

  • Any unsold items will automatically be returned to your account, allowing you to attend the event.
