If you are not receiving emails from us this could be for a number of reasons.

Unsubscribing

You might have accidentally unsubscribed which means we are not allowed to send you any emails. To fix this you will need to re-subscribe.

Marking them as Spam, Junk or Promotions

Your email software might be marking them as Spam, Junk or Promotions. This is not something we are able to rectify on your behalf.

General Steps

Here are some general steps you can follow in any software to ensure our emails from @campkindling.co.uk land in your inbox:

Check Your Spam/Junk Folder

Sometimes our emails might end up there. Mark them as "Not Spam" if you find any.

Add Our Email to Your Contacts

Adding office@campwildfire.co.uk to your contact list can help ensure our emails land in your inbox.

Whitelist Our Email Address

If your email provider supports whitelisting, add office@campwildfire.co.uk to your whitelist.

Specific Steps

Here are some specific steps for the most common email software programmes to ensure our emails from @campwildfire.co.uk land in your inbox:

Gmail

  1. Check Promotions Tab:

    • Open your Gmail account.

    • Look in the "Promotions" tab for emails from @campwildfire.co.uk

    • Drag any email from @campwildfire.co.uk to the "Primary" tab.

    • Confirm the prompt that asks if you want to do this for future messages.

  2. Add to Contacts:

    • Open an email from @campwildfire.co.uk.

    • Hover over the circle next to the email address at the top.

    • Click "Add to Contacts" in the pop-up.

  3. Create a Filter:

    • Click on the gear icon and select "See all settings".

    • Go to the "Filters and Blocked Addresses" tab.

    • Click "Create a new filter".

    • Enter @campwildfire.co.uk in the "From" field.

    • Click "Create filter" and select "Never send it to Spam".

    • Click "Create filter" again to save.

Outlook

  1. Mark as Not Junk:

    • Open your Outlook account.

    • Go to the "Junk Email" folder.

    • Right-click any email from @campwildfire.co.uk and select "Mark as not junk".

  2. Add to Safe Senders:

    • Click on the gear icon and select "View all Outlook settings".

    • Go to "Mail" > "Junk email".

    • Under "Safe senders and domains", add @campwildfire.co.uk

    • Click "Save".

Apple

  1. Check Junk Mail Folder:

    • Open your Apple Mail application.

    • Check your "Junk" mail folder for emails from @campwildfire.co.uk

    • Select the email and click on the "Not Junk" button in the toolbar.

  2. Add to Contacts:

    • Open an email from @campwildfire.co.uk

    • Right-click (or Control-click) on our email address at the top.

    • Select "Add to Contacts" or "Add to VIPs".

  3. Create a Rule:

    • Go to "Mail" in the top menu and select "Preferences".

    • Click on the "Rules" tab.

    • Click "Add Rule".

    • Set the rule conditions to "From" "contains" @campwildfire.co.uk

    • Under "Perform the following actions", choose "Move message" to "Inbox".

    • Click "OK" to save the rule.

Hotmail

  1. Mark as Not Junk:

    • Open your Hotmail account.

    • Go to the "Junk Email" folder.

    • Select the email from @campwildfire.co.uk and click "Not Junk" at the top.

  2. Add to Safe Senders:

    • Click on the gear icon (Settings) and select "View all Outlook settings".

    • Go to "Mail" > "Junk email".

    • Under "Safe senders and domains", click "Add".

    • Enter @campwildfire.co.uk and click "Save".

  3. Create a Rule:

    • Click on the gear icon (Settings) and select "View all Outlook settings".

    • Go to "Mail" > "Rules".

    • Click "Add new rule".

    • Name the rule (e.g., "Move Camp Kindling Emails to Inbox").

    • Set the condition to "From" and enter @campwildfire.co.uk.

    • Set the action to "Move to" and select "Inbox".

    • Click "Save" to create the rule.

Wrong Email

If you have multiple email accounts you may be signed into a different one to the one you used to place your order. Please check which email your order confirmation was sent to.

Misspelt Email

You may have misspelt your email address when you placed your order. If you think this is the case then please use the webchat in the bottom right hand corner to chat with the team who can help check for you.
