Stand Up Boarding

 

Forget surfing, SUP is where it's at. These sessions will take you through the steps as though you are a beginner (if you're not a beginner, we're sure there will be something more we can teach you too!). After you have mastered standing, moving forward, turning, avoiding stationary objects and boats, the group will head off on the lake, whilst burning some calories and working the core muscles. Wear something easy to move in, (make sure you've got a change of clothes, just in case!) bring a sense of humour, and a willingness to learn, and you're good to go.
