How To Enrol Guide
How To Enrol Guide
Updated over a week ago

This is a technical walk through of all the elements involved in Enrolling. For tips about how to make the most of your weekend check out our Enrolment Tips & Tricks or our Ultimate First Time Guide.

Signing in

Sign into your account on our website here.

Ensure you sign in using the same email address you used to make your booking. The email must be exactly the same; if you booked with an @gmail.com account and sign in using @googlemail.com you will find an empty account.

If you cannot remember your password you can complete a password reset here.

Your Profile

Before you can Enrol you will need to complete your profile, provide us with an emergency contact and complete a waiver.

All three sections must be complete before you will be able to Enrol.

Your Tickets

Manage Enrolment For Yourself & Others

If you booked tickets or add-ons (e.g. spa session, extra credits) for yourself or others, and want to manage Enrolment on behalf of everyone;

  1. Add yourself and any other members of your group.

  2. Assign tickets to each person.

  3. Assign any add-ons to each person in the group.

Transfer Tickets

If you booked tickets or add-ons (e.g. spa session, extra credits) for others and don’t want to manage their Enrolment;

  1. Transfer the tickets and add-ons to them using their email address.

  2. The recipient will receive an email to notify them of the ticket transfer. They will need to login to their account on our website (or create one) under the email address the ticket was transferred to and the ticket will be within their account already.

  3. Once the Transfer is accepted the recipient will be able to manage the Enrolments in their account.

You can revoke a Ticket Transfer at any time before it is accepted, once it is accepted you will not be able to reclaim it.

Tickets, Credits, Add-ons, Upgrades

You can upgrade your tickets or purchase extra credits at any time. Upgrading a ticket can be better value than buying extra Activity Credits.

Activity Credits that are included in tickets are not transferable between attendees.

You will need to purchase an add-on to use the Spa or for a Wellness Treatment.

Once you have purchased any add-ons, extra credits or upgrades you will need to assign them to people in your group before you can use them to Enrol.

Session Information

Click on a session to expand it and find more information including;

  • Credits: the amount of credits required to Enrol in this session.

  • Zone: the zone in which this session will be located.

  • Duration: the amount of time this session will last. Drop in sessions have an estimated duration time but may be much longer or shorter based on queuing times and how long you choose to stay.

  • Capacity: the total number of places in this session.

  • Description: a quick overview of what to expect from the session.

  • What to Bring/Wear: things you will need to bring with you to participate in this session.

  • Accessibility: if there are any access considerations you might need to take account of.

  • Height/Weight Restrictions: if there are any height/weight restrictions on participating in this activity.

  • Time Clashes: If you or any members of your group have schedule clashes during this session time

  • Waitlist number: the position you will be in, or are in, on the waitlist for this session.

Waitlists

If a session is full, you can join the waitlist.

Joining a waitlist does not use any credits and will not create a time clash in your schedule.

If places become available they are offered to the waitlist in the order that people joined. You can see which number you are on a waitlist at any time.

If you are offered a place and you have enough spare credits and time, you will automatically be enrolled and we will send you an email to confirm it has been added to your schedule.

If you are offered a place and do not have enough credits, or have a time clash during that session, you will receive a notification by email and be given a short time to make changes and accept the place.

Unenrolling

If you no longer wish to participate in an activity then you should unenrol from that session to free up space in your schedule and make places available for other attendees.

You can make changes anytime before a session begins.

If you unenrol from a session more than 12 hours before it starts, your credits or allocations will be returned so you can use them on another session. If you unenrol with less than 12 hours before the session starts you will lose any credits or add-ons used to enrol in that session.

As soon as you unenroll your place in that session will be available for others to use.

Arriving At Sessions

Some phone networks have poor signal at the event site, so to avoid interruptions to your weekend email your schedule to yourself or print it out.

Leaders will check you in to Credited sessions with your name, so you don't need to take anything with you. You will not need anything to check in to drop-in sessions.

Ensure you arrive at your sessions on-time. If you arrive at a Credited session more than 5mins after the programmed start time, you will not be able to participate and your space will be offered to someone on the waitlist.
