How can I update my payment method if I'm on a payment plan?

If you need to change your payment method for your payment plan, you can do so from your online account here.

Can I change my payment date on a payment plan?

Yes, you can request for your payment date to be changed by contacting our customer support team on office@campwildfire.co.uk.

What happens if a payment is unsuccessful?

If an instalment payment for your plan fails- you will receive an automated email from our payment processor letting you know.

The system will automatically retry the payment over the following weeks, so no need to worry about losing your booking.
