If you'd prefer- you can choose to pay for your Camp Wildfire booking in monthly instalments. These are offered interest and fee free- so you won't pay anymore to use this option.

How do I pay by instalments?

To pay for your booking monthly, simply continue to the payment stage of the checkout process and choose the option to pay monthly. Following the down payment, payments will be taken automatically on the dates given at the time of booking.

How much will my instalments be?

To explore the payment options, please head to the bookings page. Add some items to your basket and we will do all of the calculations for you!

Can I cancel my booking on a payment plan?

Yes, you can cancel your payment plan at any time before it has been fully paid.

To cancel your payment plan:

  1. Go to the Orders page in your online account.

  2. Click on the relevant order number.

  3. In the Status section, you will see a purple “Cancel Payment Plan” button.

  4. Click this button. A warning message will appear confirming that if you proceed:

    • No further payments will be taken

    • Your booking will be cancelled

    • Any money already paid will not be refunded

  5. You will be asked to enter a reason for the cancellation before confirming.

Cooling-off period:
If you made the booking within the past 7 days, you are still within the cooling-off period. In this case, please contact our team at office@campwildfire.co.uk, and we can arrange a refund for you.

What happens if an instalment is missed?

If any payments are missed on any of the agreed-upon payment dates for any reason whatsoever, the customer must contact us to make arrangements to settle the amount within 28 days, failure to do so will result in the order being cancelled and that no money paid as part of the payment plan will be refunded.

How can I change the payment method?

We’ve just transitioned to a new booking system, and although changes like this aren’t available right now, the option will be introduced in the coming months.

Can I change the date of payments?

Yes, you’ll be able to. We’ve recently moved to a new booking system, and while amendments like this aren’t available just yet, they will be possible in the next few months.
