We offer flexible and easy payment options to help you secure your Camp Wildfire tickets. Whether you want to pay in full or spread the cost with monthly instalments, here’s everything you need to know.

Monthly Payment Plans

For added convenience, we offer interest-free and fee-free payment plans. This allows you to spread the cost of your booking over monthly instalments without paying extra.

How to Pay Monthly:

  1. At checkout, select the option to pay monthly during the payment stage.

  2. Make the initial down payment.

  3. Remaining payments will be taken automatically on the agreed dates provided at checkout.

How Much Are Instalments?

  • To see your exact instalment amounts, add items to your basket on the bookings page. The system will calculate the payment breakdown for you.

Can I pay monthly?

Yes, simply choose the monthly payment plan option at checkout.

Do you do group discounts?

Unfortunately not. We work hard to ensure that tickets are great value for money for those attending, so are unable to discount them any further.

Can I cancel my payment plan?

Yes, you can cancel at any time before the payment plan is fully paid.

  • To cancel, contact us directly.

  • If you cancel, no further payments will be taken, and your booking will be cancelled.

  • Please note: Any money already paid will not be refunded.

What happens if I miss an payment on my plan?

If a payment is missed, it will be retried 6 times before defaulting. You will need contact us within 28 days to settle the amount.

Failure to do so will result in your booking being cancelled, and no money paid as part of the plan will be refunded.

Can I change the date of payments?

Yes, absolutely, just get in touch with our team on office@campwildfire.co.uk and we can help you change the date.
Please note, if a payment has already been missed and is currently set to retry, we’re unable to change that payment date, but we can adjust any future ones for you.

How can I change the payment method?

To change your payment method, visit your account’s Orders page.
Open the relevant order, click the pencil icon to edit, and enter your new card details on the next page
