How to Pay Monthly:
At checkout, select the option to pay monthly during the payment stage.
Make the initial down payment.
Remaining payments will be taken automatically on the agreed dates provided at checkout.
How Much Are Instalments?
To see your exact instalment amounts, add items to your basket on the bookings page. The system will calculate the payment breakdown for you.

Yes, simply choose the monthly payment plan option at checkout.

Unfortunately not. We work hard to ensure that tickets are great value for money for those attending, so are unable to discount them any further.
Can I cancel my payment plan?
Can I cancel my payment plan?
Yes, you can cancel your payment plan at any time before it has been fully paid.
To cancel your payment plan:
Go to the Orders page in your online account.
Click on the relevant order number.
In the Status section, you will see a purple “Cancel Payment Plan” button.
Click this button. A warning message will appear confirming that if you proceed:
No further payments will be taken
Your booking will be cancelled
Any money already paid will not be refunded
You will be asked to enter a reason for the cancellation before confirming.
Cooling-off period:
If you made the booking within the past 7 days, you are still within the cooling-off period. In this case, please contact our team at office@campwildfire.co.uk, and we can arrange a refund for you.

If a payment is missed, it will be retried 6 times before defaulting. You will need contact us within 28 days to settle the amount.
Failure to do so will result in your booking being cancelled, and no money paid as part of the plan will be refunded.

Yes, absolutely, just get in touch with our team on office@campwildfire.co.uk and we can help you change the date.
Please note, if a payment has already been missed and is currently set to retry, we’re unable to change that payment date, but we can adjust any future ones for you.
