Updated this week

Who Can Apply

Our accessible provisions are available for attendees with access requirements due to a disability.
Unfortunately, they're not available for temporary conditions like recent injuries, surgery recovery, or pregnancy. To keep things fair for everyone, we can't make exceptions to this — thanks for understanding.

Access Cards & Application Process

To use any of our accessible facilities (including the Personal Assistant (PA) Ticket Scheme), you'll need to complete our Accessibility Provisions Application and hold either:

  • a valid Nimbus Access Card, or

  • a Wildkind Digital Access Pass (valid only for Wildkind events).

Don't have one yet? You can apply for a card or digital pass here.

Once you've got your card or pass, fill in our Accessibility Provisions Application Form here.

Deadlines

  • Camp Wildfire Weekend 1: Friday 17th July 2026, 5pm

  • Camp Wildfire Weekend 2: Friday 21st July 2026, 5pm

Your access to specific facilities will be based on the symbols shown on your Access Card or Digital Pass.

FAQS

How long does it take to review my application?

We aim to review all accessibility applications within 5–10 working days. During busy periods (especially close to the deadline), it may take a bit longer. You'll get an email once your application has been reviewed, confirming which provisions have been approved.

How can I check the status of my application?

If you haven't heard back within 10 working days, drop us a message via live chat or email office@campwildfire.co.uk with the name your application was submitted under, and we'll check for you.

How do I collect my accessibility wristband on arrival?

When you arrive at camp, head to the Accessible Entrance Lane where the accessibility team will be based. Bring your Access Card or Digital Access Pass — the team will check your approved provisions and get your accessibility wristband sorted on the spot. If you've been approved for accessible parking, you'll pick up your parking pass here too.

Has my accessible parking been confirmed?

Accessible parking confirmation is included in the approval email you receive after your application is reviewed. If your email confirms accessible parking, you're all set — just collect your parking pass at the Accessible Entrance Lane when you arrive. Not sure? Get in touch with our team and we'll check for you.

Can I use a CPAP machine in the General Campsite?

Drop us an email at office@campwildfire.co.uk and we can chat through your requirements.

Can I bring oxygen canisters?

If you have concerns about bringing oxygen canisters or need specific arrangements, just let us know — we'll be happy to help make your visit as smooth as possible.

Is there a fridge for storing medication?

Yes! Medication can be stored in the fridge at the Medical Tent in Basecamp. Just make sure it's labelled with your name and in its original packaging.

Do you have a quiet space?

Yes — The Retreat is a calm, inclusive space open to everyone. It offers mindfulness activities, mental health support, and a peaceful place to relax away from sensory stimulation.

Do you use any strobe or flashing lights?

There will be flashing lights (including occasional strobe lighting) at the Discotheque or Clubhouse in the evenings, but not as part of any daytime activities. We rarely use flashing lights at the Auditorium, Patrol Games Arena or The Retreat.

Can I charge essential medical equipment?

Yes — free charging for essential medical equipment is available at the Medical Tent in Basecamp.
