We want to ensure our events are a positive experience for our neighbours and have put several measures in place to minimise any disturbance.

During an event, if you experience any disturbance related to noise, traffic, or lights, please report it to the Event Management Office as soon as possible. You can find the contact number on the letter sent to you before the event.

We aim to respond to all reports within 15 minutes. For noise-related concerns, a member of our Noise Management Team will be sent to your location to ensure we remain within legal noise limits. If necessary, they will take immediate action to reduce the volume.
