Reporting a Facilities Issue

How to report broken, blocked or unclean toilets and showers at Camp Wildfire, and what to expect.

Updated today

We want your experience to be as comfortable as possible, and we know that clean, working facilities matter. Here's what to do if something isn't right.

How to report an issue

If you notice a toilet or shower that's broken, blocked, unclean, or out of supplies, please let us know straight away so we can get it sorted as quickly as possible.

Every facility block at Camp has a numbered sign (you'll also find these numbers on the event map). When reporting, please include the block number and a brief description of the issue — this helps our crew find and fix it much faster.

You can report it by:

  • Messaging us on WhatsApp: +1 555 832-9924 (available 24 hours during the event) — just send something like "Block 4 — toilet blocked"

  • Visiting the Info Team in Centre Camp, opposite the Board Games Tent (available 8am–8pm)

  • Flagging down one of our roaming Rangers (look for the purple shirts)

What happens next

Our site crew regularly check and clean all facilities throughout the day and night, but things can go wrong between rounds — especially at peak times. When you report an issue, we'll get someone to it as soon as we can. During busy periods this might take a little longer, so we appreciate your patience.

If a whole block is out of action, we'll put up signage directing you to the nearest alternative.

Good to know

Our toilets and showers are temporary event facilities, not permanent buildings. They're looked after throughout the event, but they do get heavy use. We're not able to offer compensation for facility issues, but we always want to know about problems so we can fix them quickly and improve for future events.
