Adding Items

Forgot something?

It's easy to add items after making your initial booking- you can add- extra tickets, accommodation or extras like access to the spa, at anytime, simply by placing a new order. Just be sure to use the same email address for all the individual bookings and everything you purchase will all link under your same online account.

Amending Items

Need to make a change?

If you need to make a change to your existing booking- you can do so by contacting our customer support team with your order number and details of what you would like to be changed.

Examples of changes we're able to implement are: increasing the number of guests or bed configurations for boutique tents, upgrading ticket types,

Please note: we're not able to downgrade tickets or tent sizes once the 7 day cooling off period has ended.

Can I get a refund or exchange if I can no longer attend?

We offer a 7 day cooling off period, during which you can cancel any items ordered and receive an immediate refund.

After the 7 day cooling off period has ended, your situation must be covered by our generous Refunds & Exchanges policy to be eligible.

To claim a refund or exchange, simply email us- we will review your claim within 14 days.

If your situation is not covered, then you can consider listing tickets & accommodation for re-sale on the Marketplace, or transfer them to friends/family etc.

How do I re-sell my tickets if I can no longer attend?

If you can no longer attend, we will open our secure ticket exchange- The Marketplace, once all events have sold out. You can apply to list any spare tickets and accommodation for re-sale once open.
