We understand plans can change, and we aim to make adjusting your booking as smooth as possible. Whether you forgot to add something or need to make a change, here’s everything you need to know.


Adding Items to Your Booking

Forgot to add something? No problem!

  • You can easily add extra tickets, accommodation, or extras like Spa Sessions at any time by placing a new order.

  • Be sure to use the same email address for all bookings, and everything will link automatically under your online account.


Amending Items in Your Booking

Need to make a change to an existing booking?

  • Contact our Customer Support Team with your order number and details of the change you’d like to make.

  • Examples of changes we can assist with:

    • Increasing the number of guests for boutique tents

    • Adjusting bed configurations in boutique accommodation

    • Upgrading ticket types

Important:

  • Downgrading tickets or tent sizes is not possible after the 7-day cooling-off period has ended.


Refunds, Exchanges, and Resales

Refunds & Exchanges

  • We offer a 7-day cooling-off period where you can cancel items for an immediate refund.

  • After the cooling-off period, eligibility for a refund or exchange depends on our Refunds & Exchanges Policy.

  • To request a refund or exchange, email us. Claims are reviewed within 14 days.

What If I’m Not Eligible for a Refund?

  • Consider listing your tickets or accommodation on our Marketplace (available once all ticket tiers have sold out).

  • You can also transfer tickets to friends or family.
