Amending an Existing Booking

Plans change β€” we get it! Whether you forgot to add something or need to tweak your booking, here's everything you need to know about making adjustments.


Adding Items to Your Booking

Forgot to add something? No problem!

  • You can add extra tickets, accommodation, or extras like Spa Sessions (once they're available to purchase) at any time by simply placing a new order.

  • Just make sure you use the same email address for all your bookings, and everything will link up automatically under your online account.


Amending Items in Your Booking

Need to change something on an existing booking? Get in touch with our Customer Support Team with your order number and the details of what you'd like to change.

Here are some examples of changes we can help with:

  • Increasing the number of guests for boutique tents

  • Adjusting bed configurations in boutique accommodation

  • Upgrading your ticket type

Important:

  • Downgrading tickets or tent sizes is not possible after the 7-day cooling-off period has ended.


Refunds, Exchanges, and Resales

Refunds & Exchanges

  • You have a 7-day cooling-off period after purchase where you can cancel items for an immediate refund.

  • After that cooling-off period, whether you're eligible for a refund or exchange depends on our Refunds & Exchanges Policy.

  • To request a refund or exchange, just email us. We review all claims within 14 days.

What If I'm Not Eligible for a Refund?

  • You can list your tickets or accommodation on our Marketplace once all ticket tiers have sold out (this usually happens about a month before each event). The Marketplace lets you relist tickets, accommodation, and extras such as spa sessions, car parking, or extra credits β€” but only after they've sold out on our main site.

    A couple of things to keep in mind:

    • Not all items sell out every year, so some may never become available to relist.

    • The Marketplace only opens for each item once it has completely sold out.

  • You can also transfer your tickets, accommodation, and/or extras to friends or family.
