Due to us transitioning to a new (and improved!) booking system, orders for certain items this year have been split between two platforms.
While this helps us test and improve things behind the scenes, we know it’s a little different to previous years, so here’s a quick guide to help you find everything you’ve booked.
1. Tickets, Accommodation & Vehicle Parking
The following items can be viewed in your main account area:

2. Extras (Spa Sessions, Hot Tubs, Upgrades & More )
Extras, such as the following, are accessed via a separate order history page:
Spa sessions
Massages
Private hot tubs
Cupid’s Club tickets
Lunch packs
Ticket upgrades
Extra Credits

Extras Not Showing?
If an extra you purchased isn’t appearing, it may be because you were logged out during the checkout process. To access these orders, you’ll need to verify your email address:
Visit the order history page (link above)
A blue banner should appear at the top prompting you to verify your email.
Click the link in the email you receive. This verification only needs to be completed once.
Viewing your Tickets
Tickets will not appear in your account until shortly before the event. This is expected and not a cause for concern.
