This is a technical walk through of all the elements involved in Enrolling. For tips about how to make the most of your weekend check out our Enrolment Tips & Tricks or our Ultimate First Time Guide.
Signing in
Sign into your account on our website here.
Ensure you sign in using the same email address you used to make your booking. The email must be exactly the same; if you booked with an @gmail.com account and sign in using @googlemail.com you will find an empty account.
If you cannot remember your password, enter your email address and click "Send Sign In Link." We'll send a secure sign-in link to your email. Open the email and click the link to sign in instantly, no password required.
Once logged in, click Enrol in the top-right corner, then select Enrolment and choose Weekend 1 or Weekend 2, depending on which event you're attending.
Enrolment
Here you'll find the 2026 Activity & Entertainment Schedule. We'll return to this page shortly, but first we need to finish setting up your account.

Your Tickets
Manage Enrolment For Yourself & Others
If you've booked tickets and/or add-ons (such as spa sessions or extra credits) for yourself or others and want to manage enrolment on everyone's behalf, you'll first need to complete the information for each ticket.
Managing enrolment means you'll be selecting activities and entertainment for everyone in your booking for the weekend, rather than each attendee making their selections individually through their own accounts.
Click Complete Info for your own ticket first and fill in all the required details. Then repeat the process for every other ticket in your account.
Make sure each ticket is assigned to the correct attendee,
Emergency Contact
Next you'll need to add an emergency contact name and phone number, this should be someone who isn't at the event with you.
Transfer Tickets
If you booked tickets and/or add-ons (e.g. spa session, extra credits) for others and don’t want to manage their Enrolment;
What does an "unassigned ticket" mean? It simply means a ticket in your account that doesn't have an attendee's name on it yet, for example a spare ticket you bought for a friend. It isn't a problem: you just add their details, or transfer the ticket to them.
Please note:
One ticket in your account is always assigned to you as the account holder. You can't remove it completely, but you can change which ticket is assigned to you by clicking the pencil icon on your ticket and using the Select ticket dropdown.
You can transfer any other ticket in your account (any ticket that isn't the one currently assigned to you) using the Transfer to a different account button below.
If you need to transfer the ticket that's assigned to you, this can't be done from your own account. Please get in touch with our team and we'll sort it for you.
Tickets with enrolments attached also cannot be transferred. You will need to unenrol the ticket from all activities before the transfer can be completed.
Entry tickets will be emailed to you separately and do not need to be transferred.
1. Click the Transfer to a different account button at the bottom of the page.
2. Select the items you wish to transfer, type in their email address and the tick box to say you understand you will lose access to this item and then click Transfer.
3. The recipient will receive an email to notify them of the ticket transfer. They will need to login to their account on our website (or create one) under the email address the ticket was transferred to and the item will be in their account as a Pending Transfer. The recipient will need to click 'Accept' in order to be receive the item.
Items won't be able to be used whilst pending.
4. Once the Transfer is accepted the recipient will be able to manage the Enrolments in their account.
You can revoke a Ticket Transfer at any time before it is accepted, once it is accepted you will not be able to reclaim it.
Assigning Extras
If you have purchased any extra credits, spa sessions or wellness treatments- they will need to be assigned to the right member of your group here, in order to be used. Use the drop down 'Assign to' to choose the right member of your group
Tickets, Credits, Add-ons, Upgrades
You can upgrade your tickets or purchase extra credits at any time. Upgrading a ticket can be better value than buying extra Activity Credits.
Activity Credits that are included in tickets are not transferable between attendees.
You can move up a tier (e.g. Elementary to Standard, or Standard to Dynamo) by purchasing an upgrade and just pay the difference in price.
You will need to purchase an add-on to use the Spa or for a Wellness Treatment.
You can purchase extra credits, upgrades and and add ons on the below links:
Once you have purchased any add-ons, extra credits or upgrades you will need to assign them to people in your group before you can use them to Enrol, as outlined in the section above.

Waitlists
If a session is full, you can join the waitlist.
Joining a waitlist does not use any credits and will not create a time clash in your schedule.
If places become available they are offered to the waitlist in the order that people joined. You can see which number you are on a waitlist at any time.
If you are offered a place and you have enough spare credits and time, you will automatically be enrolled and we will send you an email to confirm it has been added to your schedule.
If you are offered a place and do not have enough credits, or have a time clash during that session, you will receive a notification by email and be given a short time to make changes and accept the place.
Un-enrolling
If you no longer wish to participate in an activity then you should unenrol from that session to free up space in your schedule and make places available for other attendees.
You can make changes anytime before a session begins.
If you unenrol from a session more than 12 hours before it starts, your credits or allocations will be returned so you can use them on another session. If you unenrol with less than 12 hours before the session starts you will lose any credits or add-ons used to enrol in that session.
As soon as you unenroll your place in that session will be available for others to use.
Arriving At Sessions
Some phone networks have poor signal at the event site, so to avoid interruptions to your weekend email your schedule to yourself or print it out.
Some mobile networks have limited signal at the event site. To avoid any interruptions to your weekend, we recommend emailing your schedule to yourself or printing a copy before you arrive.
Free customer Wi-Fi is available at all bars if you need to check your schedule over the weekend. Alternatively, you can visit the Info Cabin in Centrecamp for assistance.
Leaders will check you in to Credited sessions with your name, so you don't need to take anything with you. You will not need anything to check in to drop-in sessions.
Ensure you arrive at your sessions on-time. If you arrive at a Credited session more than 5mins after the programmed start time, you will not be able to participate and your space will be offered to someone on the waitlist.
