Want to know how paying for Camp Wildfire works? We keep it simple with flexible options to suit you- whether you'd rather pay in full or spread the cost with monthly instalments.

Monthly Payment Plans

Don't want to pay everything up front? No problem. We offer interest-free and fee-free payment plans, so you can spread the cost over monthly instalments without paying a penny extra.

How to Pay Monthly:

  1. At checkout, select the option to pay monthly during the payment stage.

  2. Make the initial down payment.

  3. The remaining payments will be taken automatically on the agreed dates shown at checkout.

How Much Are Instalments?

  • To see your exact instalment amounts, add items to your basket on the bookings page. The system will calculate the payment breakdown for you.

Why Choose a Payment Plan?

  • Spread the cost over several months.

  • No extra fees or interest — you pay the same total as paying in full.

  • Lock in your spot at Camp Wildfire early while keeping your budget happy.


FAQS

Can I pay monthly?

Yes! Just choose the monthly payment plan option at checkout.

Do you do group discounts?

Unfortunately not. We work hard to make sure tickets are great value for everyone, so we're not able to discount them further.

Can I cancel my payment plan?

Yes, you can cancel your payment plan at any time before it's been fully paid.

To cancel your payment plan:

  1. Go to the Orders page in your online account.

  2. Click on the relevant order number.

  3. In the Status section, you'll see a purple "Cancel Payment Plan" button.

  4. Click that button. A warning will appear confirming that if you go ahead:

    • No further payments will be taken

    • Your booking will be cancelled

    • Any money already paid will not be refunded

  5. You'll be asked to enter a reason for the cancellation before confirming.

Cooling-off period:
If you made the booking within the past 7 days, you're still within the cooling-off period. In that case, get in touch with our team at office@campwildfire.co.uk and we can arrange a refund for you.

What happens if I miss a payment on my plan?

If a payment is missed, our system will automatically retry it up to 10 times, every couple of days.

If it still hasn't gone through after those retries, we'll send you an email to let you know. If the outstanding payment isn't received within 48 hours of that email, your booking will be cancelled and no money paid as part of the plan will be refunded.

To sort out a failed payment sooner, you can update your payment method on your Orders page, or get in touch with our team at office@campwildfire.co.uk.

Can I change the date of payments?

Yes, absolutely — just get in touch with our team at office@campwildfire.co.uk and we can sort that out for you.
If a payment has already been missed and is currently set to retry, we won't be able to change that payment date, but we can adjust any future ones.

How can I change the payment method?

Head to your account's Orders page.
Open the relevant order, click the pencil icon to edit, and enter your new card details on the next page.

I paid manually but my plan was still cancelled — what happened?

If you made a manual payment (for example, by getting in touch with us or paying directly through the site) but the system had already started its automatic retry cycle, the two processes can overlap. In some cases, the automatic retries may fail and trigger a cancellation even though you've already paid separately.

If this has happened to you, get in touch with our team straight away via live chat or at office@campwildfire.co.uk. We can see both payments on our side and will reinstate your booking or arrange a refund for the duplicate payment.

Can I pay the remaining balance in full?

Yes! If you're on a payment plan and want to pay off the remaining balance early, you can do that from your Orders page — look for the option to pay the outstanding balance on your order. If you can't see the option or run into any trouble, get in touch with our team and we'll sort it out.

Can I pay by phone?

We don't take payments over the phone — all payments are processed securely through our website. If you're having trouble paying online, get in touch via live chat or email office@campwildfire.co.uk and we'll help you find a solution.
