Before you get in touch, you might find what you need here — these cover the questions we're asked most often:

Chat with us (fastest way)

The quickest way to reach our team is through live chat. Click the chat bubble in the bottom-right corner of any page on our website — our AI assistant Fin can answer many questions instantly, and if it can't, it'll connect you to a human.

Our support team is available 10am to 5pm on weekdays (UK time). If you message outside these hours, we'll get back to you the next working day.

If you'd prefer to email, you can reach us at office@campwildfire.co.uk. We respond within 1–2 working days during busy periods.

Phone support

We don't operate any phone lines, so we're unable to take calls or call you back. Chat and email are the best ways to reach us.
