How to log in to your Camp Wildfire account, reset your password, and fix common login problems.

Your Camp Wildfire account lets you view your bookings, update your payment details, and manage your orders. If you're having trouble logging in, the steps below should help.

How to log in

Go to campwildfire.co.uk/my-account and enter the email address and password you used when you first booked. If you've never set a password, use the "Lost your password?" link to create one.

Resetting your password

If you've forgotten your password:

  1. Enter the email address you used to book.

  2. Check your inbox (and spam/junk folder) for a reset link.

  3. Click the link and set a new password.

If the reset email doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder and try searching for emails from campwildfire.co.uk.

I'm not receiving the password reset email

If you've checked your spam/junk folder and the reset email still isn't arriving, this most likely means you checked out as a guest when you placed your order. If you checked out as a guest, there's no account to reset the password for.

To fix this, you just need to create an account and link your order to it:

Step 1

Head to campwildfire.co.uk/auth/sign-in and create an account. Click 'Sign up for an account' underneath the Email and Password fields. Make sure you use the same email address you used when you booked.

Step 2

Once your account is set up, go to campwildfire.co.uk/shop/order_history. At the top of the page, you'll see a blue banner asking you to verify your email. Click it, and we'll send you an email β€” just click the link inside to confirm your address.

Step 3

Sign out of your account and then log back in. Your order should now be linked to your account.

I'm using a different email to the one I booked with

Your account is tied to the email address you used at checkout. If you're trying to log in with a different email, the site won't find your booking. Try any other email addresses you might have used. If you're still stuck, get in touch with our team and we'll help you locate your account.

The site doesn't recognise my order

If you can log in but your order doesn't appear, this usually means the booking was made under a different email address or account. It can also happen if someone else booked on your behalf. Contact our support team with your name and the name the booking was made under, and we'll track it down.

Browser and cache troubleshooting

If the login page isn't loading properly or you're getting errors:

  • Clear your browser's cache and cookies, then try again.

  • Try a different browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge).

  • Try opening the page in a private/incognito window.

  • Make sure your browser is up to date.

I still can't get in
