I can't find my ticket or booking confirmation

How to find your Camp Wildfire booking confirmation, tickets, and order details — including what to do if you've checked spam and still can't see anything.

Your booking confirmation and ticket details are available in your online account. Head to your orders page and log in with the email address you used when you booked. Your tickets and order history will be listed there.

I didn't receive a confirmation email

Confirmation emails are sent automatically when your booking is placed. If you can't see one:

  1. Check your spam/junk folder — search for emails from campwildfire.co.uk or wildkind.co.uk.

  2. Check your Promotions tab — if you use Gmail, confirmation emails sometimes land in the Promotions or Updates tab instead of your Primary inbox.

  3. Try logging in directly — even if the email didn't arrive, your booking is still there. Go to your orders page and log in.

I booked last year and can't find my order

If you booked in a previous year, your order is still in your account. Log in at your orders page — all past and current orders are listed there. If the order was placed under a different email address, try logging in with that email instead.

My email address has changed since I booked

Your booking is linked to the email address you used at the time. If you no longer have access to that email, get in touch with our support team via live chat (click the chat bubble in the bottom-right corner) and we'll help you access your order.

I got a text about payment but I don't have a ticket

If you received a text message about a payment (for example, a payment plan reminder) but don't think you have a ticket, it's likely that your booking is still active. Log in to your orders page to check. If you're unsure or something doesn't look right, message our support team and we'll take a look.

I still can't find my booking

If none of the above works, send us a message via live chat (the chat bubble in the bottom-right corner of any page) or email office@campwildfire.co.uk. Include the name the booking was made under and any email addresses you might have used, and we'll track it down for you.
