Anthony Ford Shubrook OBE & Ben Aitken
ANTHONY FORD SHUBROOK OBE & BEN AITKEN
A disability rights champion and an author walk into a forest. What follows is a chat about fun, travel and changing the law.
Anthony Ford-Shubrook was awarded an OBE in 2019 for being, basically, a badass disability rights champion. Ben Aitken is an author whose books include Here Comes the Fun, which asks the extremely important question of what fun is… and then forgets to give an answer. Together they've made prize-winning travel collaborations.
Join Ant and Ben for a chat about travel, fun, representation and changing the law. Expect stories from their prize-winning travel collaborations, with a fair few laughs along the way.
It's a relaxed conversation rather than a lecture, so grab a seat, settle in and maybe come away with a better answer to what fun actually is than Ben's book managed.
