Exchanges & Refunds

Tickets, Accommodation & Travel Bookings

7-day Cooling Off Period

If you change your mind about a booking and inform us within 7-days, we will offer a full refund. Your refund will be processed within 14 days.

Cancellation or Postponement

If an event is cancelled or postponed, we will offer you the choice of exchanging your booking for a future event or a full refund. Your exchange or refund will be processed within 14 days.

Curtailment

If an event is curtailed (cancelled or postponed once it has started) we will offer you the choice of exchanging your booking for a future event or a partial refund based on the amount of the event that has taken place. Your exchange or refund will be processed within 14 days.

Illness

If you are unable to attend an event due to ill health, we will offer you the choice of exchanging your booking for a future event or a full refund. You must inform us at least 24 hours before the start of the event and provide a valid doctors certificate stating that you are not fit to attend. Your exchange or refund will be processed within 14 days.

Self Isolation

If you are unable to attend an event due to a legal requirement to self isolate, we will offer you the choice of exchanging your booking for a future event. You must inform us at least 1 hour before the start of the event and provide evidence you were required to self-isolate including a doctor’s certificate, a positive PCR test result if applicable and copies of all messages received from NHS Track and Trace. Your exchange will be processed within 14 days.

Clothing, Accessories & Homeware Items

28-day Returns Period

If you change your mind about an item and inform us within 28-days, we will offer an exchange or full refund. Your exchange or refund will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.

Food & Drink Items

Exchanges and refunds are not available on food and drink items.

Personalised & Custom Made Items

Exchanges and refunds are not available on personalised and custom made items.

Packages

Where bookings and items are sold as part of a package, for the purposes of exchanges and refunds, they will be treated individually.
