Arxx
ARXX
Taylor Swift if she'd only ever listened to Nirvana. Arxx bring the noise, the hooks and a live show that's properly loud.
Arxx are a Brighton alt-pop duo, Hanni Pidduck and Clara Townsend. They describe their music as "Taylor Swift if she'd only ever listened to Nirvana". NME, DIY and BBC Radio 1 are all paid-up fans, and they wrote the key tracks for BBC drama Riot Women.
Loud. Very loud. Arxx have supported The Big Moon and Dream Wife on tour, and their live show is all pop hooks with the volume turned right up. It's impossible to stand still through.
Be warned: you will leave wanting to join their fan club. Get down the front, sing along and let the guitars do the talking.
