Bojockey

Bojockey are a folk-rock band described by Americana UK as having a "walloping folk-rock sound". Their first singles were championed by Matt Wilkinson on Apple Radio, by Loud and Quiet and by BBC Introducing, and they've been busy developing a sound that runs deep ever since.

Walloping is the word. Expect folk roots with a rock kick, the kind of set that starts with a nodding head and ends with full-on stomping.

It's music with some depth to it, so it works just as well whether you're down the front or listening from further back with a drink in hand. Either way, you'll feel it.
