Dave Benson Phillips

Dave Benson Phillips is the Get Your Own Back legend, a Playdays presenter and the host of Fun Song Factory, which makes him a full-blown '90s TV icon. He's also a man who took up wrestling for no reason other than it looked fun.

Expect three decades of stories from the gungiest corner of British children's telly, with some proper behind-the-scenes confessions thrown in. There may even be the odd tale of learning to take a suplex.

It's all delivered with warmth, and the sense that you're in the safest, most generous hands going. If you grew up on '90s children's telly, this one is basically required viewing. And yes, ask him about the gunge tank.
