Gipsydelica

Gipsydelica are a Bulgarian-led Balkan-psychedelic power trio, fronted by Miroslav Morski, a frontline member of the mighty multinational collective The Turbans. They play original songs alongside long-forgotten gems from the deep end of Balkan folk.

Take those old Balkan folk tunes and new songs, run the whole lot through a psych-rock filter and you've got Gipsydelica. It's ethno rock at full tilt: loud, wild and made for moving to.

If The Turbans have ever moved you, this is where their frontman goes to make his own mess. Expect big guitars, a driving beat and a sound that's equal parts ancient and gloriously unhinged. Get near the front and let it carry you.
