LORNA ROSE TREEN
Characters you won't forget in a hurry, from one of the most exciting young comics around. Grab a seat and prepare to meet some very strange people.
Lorna Rose Treen is a multi-award-winning character comedian, writer, actor and improviser. Her Edinburgh Fringe debut, the character comedy show Skin Pigeon, went on to a run at Soho Theatre, and she wrote and stars in her own BBC Radio 4 comedy series, Time of the Week.
Character comedy, and plenty of it. Time of the Week gives you a flavour: it's a surreal parody of women's news and current affairs shows, all written by Lorna herself.
You may also have seen her on ITV's The Emily Atack Show and BBC Three's New Comedy Awards. The Telegraph called her "One of the most exciting young comics around", which is quite the billing to live up to. Luckily, she does.
