RAKA Balkan Band

RAKA play authentic Balkan folk music from Bulgaria, Macedonia and the Romani traditions that criss-cross the region. And they play it hard. They're an extraordinary live band, bringing sweaty north London club energy to everything they play.

Picture a sweaty north London club, then move it into a forest. That's the energy RAKA bring. It's music made for moving, so leave any plans to stand still back at your tent.

Find some space, grab whoever you came with and prepare to lose control of your feet. Your calves will have opinions in the morning.
