Shipwright Shanty Crew

The Shipwright Shanty Crew are a group of friends who love singing traditional sea shanties in the traditional style. They do it properly, too: wearing traditional clothing and drinking traditional ale out of traditional tankards. You may be sensing a theme.

Rousing songs from the sea, sung together with plenty of gusto. Shanties are made for joining in, so don't be surprised if you find yourself hauling on an imaginary rope by the second chorus.

Between songs there's a large dash of salty humour and a generous helping of maritime knowledge. Grab a drink, find your sea legs and belt it out with the crew. Beards optional.
