They Say Jump
THEY SAY JUMP
Brass, bass and a frontman who refuses to stay on the stage. When They Say Jump play, the whole room jumps with them.
They Say Jump are a ska-reggae party band from London, featuring players who've toured with Bastille, Paloma Faith, Gentleman's Dub Club and Hollie Cook. Their sound is all brass-driven grooves and big choruses, made for dancing rather than standing still with your arms folded.
Expect a frontman who cannot be contained by a stage. Their gigs have been known to involve wireless mics in the crowd, audience members losing items of clothing and entire rooms jumping in unison. The band name is less a suggestion, more an instruction.
Wear shoes you can bounce in, keep a firm grip on your jacket and save some voice for the choruses.
