Once upon a time, technology didn’t interfere with our adventures. People navigated without Google maps, told stories in more than 140 characters, and watched bands through their eyes - not screens.

We ask all adventurers not to use their mobile phones and digital cameras where possible. Analogue cameras are encouraged however!

We believe that by going analogue for a weekend, you will be more engaged, feel more inspired, and the collective experience will be enhanced for all.

Can children attend?

No - this is an over 18s only event. Children get to go on adventures all the time. Wildfire Adventure Camp is a chance for the adults to dance around in the forest like lunatics and sing at the top of their lungs.

What should I bring?

Yourself, your tent, and some spending money. Bring clothes fit for adventure, pockets to collect treasures and an inquisitive attitude.

What is included in the ticket price?

Most activities are included in the ticket price, but a couple might require a small subsidy to cover any materials you take away (for example, the silversmithing workshop). Food and drink is not included. All entertainment and facilities, such as toilets, are included.

What food and drinks will be available?

We are working with some fantastic chefs and epicureans to create a very special camp kitchen and bar, serving the very best craft beers, wines, coffee and tea. Snacks and drinks will be available all day. Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be served during communal dining sessions.

When should I arrive and leave?

You may arrive any time from 5pm on Friday, and the fun starts from 7pm.  Activities run all day Saturday and Sunday, then camp over on sunday night and leave by midday on Monday morning.

How do I choose my activities?

This year, we will be opening enrollment online before the festival, and it is essential you are signed up to our mailout so you're ready to enrol when it opens. Click here >

What facilities are available onsite?

Everything you need for an adventurous and comfortable weekend will be available onsite. Toilets and adventure equipment included.

Can I bring my pets?

Unfortunately this is a human only adventure. Guide dogs are welcome.

Will there be cash machines?

No. Please bring plenty of cash with you, or other things with which to trade.

Can I bring a camping stove or disposable BBQ?

You may bring a gas camping stove as long as the gas bottle is no larger than 240g. Disposable BBQs are allowed but must be kept off the ground. Wildfire will provide fire bricks for this purpose.

Music Line-up?

The music line-up will be kept top secret, but you can bet your final tuppence that it will be excellent. We have a very eclectic taste and are incredibly passionate about music that rouses the soul and makes people either cry with joy, or want to dance. As a rough guide, the line-up will not include - Boy Bands, 80s Hair Bands, Psy-Trance, K-Pop, Gabba, Pan Pipes or Enya. Soz.

How can I travel to the site?

Full travel details will be sent out to those that have purchased tickets. The location is 40 minutes from London victoria and train tickets cost approximately £10. There are no discounts for advanced booking on this line.

Do I need a parking permit for a motorcycle?

No - motorcycles can park for free.

Can I bring alcohol with me?

You can bring a small amount if you wish, but we will stock all the very best, locally brewed drinks at the camp bar. Let's face it, bringing alcohol to a festival is always a bit of a chore. Trust us.

What is the camp timetable like?
