In order to enrol on activities, you will first need to create a Camp Wildfire account here

IMPORTANT- please ensure you use the same email address you used to book the tickets or you will not be able to enrol on any activities.

Your weekend will be absolutely jam-packed as it is, but if you want to make it even more special, you can purchase extra credits in addition to your ticket. 5 credits are £9.

You can purchase extra credits in advance or once enrolment has opened.

Alternatively, you can always transfer your tickets to friends or family.

We have already factored in time to get from one activity to the next within the time slots, so you don't need to consider this when creating your schedule.

Please do ensure you leave some time for breakfast/lunch/dinner/tea/coffee/beer breaks- so you don't run out of energy on your first day and end up missing activities you had scheduled.

Up to you! You can choose to book all your activities together as a group, or split up for some or all of them! 

We cannot guarantee you will be able to do all your activities together. If you really want to guarantee you can do certain activities together, we would recommend booking a Dynamo Ticket.

Tickets 

Yes.

You can upgrade your ticket type at any time before the event by paying the difference in price.

If a product or service was not of the high quality associated with Camp Wildfire then please inform us and we will rectify it for you.

We offer a 7-day cooling off period, during which you can cancel any items ordered and receive an immediate refund.

After the 7-day cooling off period has ended your situation must be covered by our generous Refunds & Exchanges policy to be eligible.

To claim a refund or exchange please complete this short form. We will review your claim within 14 days.

If your situation is not covered then you can consider listing tickets & accommodation for re-sale on the Marketplace or transfer them to friends.

If you can no longer attend, we have opened a secure ticket exchange called the Marketplace- where you could apply to list any un-needed tickets and accommodation for re-sale. 

We have created this service purely to help prevent ticket fraud. 

If you would like to list any items on the Marketplace, you can do so here .

If your items sell, we will refund you the value of the items, less a 10% administration fee.

Please note: we do not guarantee that your items will sell. 

Alternatively, you can always transfer your tickets to friends or family.

Food & Drink

We work with the UK's most renowned and delicious street food traders to cater for your breakfast, lunch, elevenses, afternoon tea, dinner, supper and midnight feasts.

A large variety of world cuisines will be available and there will be plenty of Vegetarian, Vegan, Gluten Free, Dairy Free & Nut Free options. We will also offer a range of fresh, healthy kids portions, as well as some tasty treats!

A main meal usually costs between £5 and £10 with snacks available for less.

There are a number of bars & cafes stocking a selection of our favourite Teas, Coffees, Craft Beers & Ciders, Cocktails, Spirits and Wines.

Alcohol free & low alcohol options are available too.

A pint of beer and cider usually costs £5-6 depending on the brewer, a glass of house wine between £5-8 depending on size, and a spirit and mixer between £5-9 depending on the size and producer.

Yes, if you prefer to bring your own food then you can.

You can bring as much food as you like, but please only bring what you are sure you will actually eat. Most people tend to end up eating food from the amazing traders even if they brought their own, so please be conscious of not wasting food. If you need to cook your own food, you can do so in the Camp Kitchen Area in General Camping.

We have a selection of the UK's most delicious street food traders with food available to purchase throughout the weekend.

Each person may bring a maximum of 6 cans of beer, cider, wine or pre-mixed spirits. No glass or plastic bottles will be permitted. Any additional alcohol you attempt to bring in will be confiscated.

Purchasing drinks from the bars helps us continue running and improving Camp Kindling; without the bar revenue, we wouldn't exist!

Packing

Here are a few things we'd recommend you bring to Camp:
 
- Some warm clothes for the evenings, as it can get a little chilly in the forest!
- Comfortable footwear for some of the activities where you'll be running around a lot.
- Wet-weather stuff (just in case it rains- but fingers crossed it won't!)
- A re-fillable water bottle
- Sun cream
- Portable phone charger
- Your best patrol and party outfits!

No cash is accepted at Camp. You can pay for all your drinks, food, merch and everything else you might need using your card/contactless.

Please wear whatever you feel comfortable in. Comfortable sensible footwear is essential- you'll be running around a lot!

It can also get quite muddy, so wellies are a good idea. Please also ensure you bring lots of warm clothes as the temperature will drop considerably in the evening.

Dressing up isn't essential, but if you can't dress from head to toe in ridiculousness at Camp Wildfire, where can you!?

Yes. If you want to fully immerse yourself in the Camp spirit, you can pick up shirts, neckers, hats and other bits from our Wildkind Stores at Camp!

Please only bring tents suitable for the number of people in your group.

Oversized tents and gazebos will not be permitted.

Patrols

Not if you don't want to, but it will make your weekend just that little it more special (especially if your patrol wins the coveted Wildfire cup at the end of the festival!)

Throughout the weekend, campers compete to earn patrol points in an attempt to win the Kindling cup at the end of the weekend.

Patrol points are given out by activity leaders for skill, effort or enthusiasm in activity sessions.

Patrol leaders also give out points during patrol games, which happen each evening after the activities. These silly, competitive games are hosted by our fastidious Umpires. (Don't worry, the games are entirely optional...you can sit and watch with a cold drink if you'd prefer!)

Completely up-to you! You are welcome to all join the same patrol if you wish, or if you fancy making things more interesting- why not pick different patrols and compete against one another for the cup!

The Sanctuary

The Sanctuary is in an idyllic clearing in the forest; it's the perfect place to relax and rejuvenate between adventures.

Take a moment to connect with yourself, your friends and nature as the water soothes your soul to the sound of crackling fires.

Each spa session is for 75 minutes where you can enjoy luxurious wood-fired hot tubs, freshwater showers, chill out deckchairs, changing rooms with mirrors, hairdryers, hair straightners and phone charging. 

We offer a choice of 30 minute or 60 minute massages from one of our expert therapists. 

You can purchase a spa session or wellness treatment here for Weekend 1 and here for Weekend 2.

Once you have made your purchase, you will be able to select your session time during enrolment.
